Testing and tasting in 2WB 🥕🍠

In our DT lesson today, we explored and evaluated a range of vegetables in preparation for soup making.

We tried new things and let our senses guide us. Using cocktail sticks to handle the food items, we described what they smell like, feel like and gently put them on our tongue to see what flavour they might have.

The children were very sensible and thoroughly enjoyed their taste testing experience.
