As part of the Big Pedal competition, today we were celebrating the 50th Anniversary of Earth Day. The children came to school in Non-Uniform and wore something green to raise awareness on we can do to help the environment. We discussed how the world can change outside of our own windows. #BigPedal2021

As part of our understanding of British Values, we acknowledge that not everyone will celebrate Christingle or Christmas. Children who do not celebrate this festival had an alternative task, to create an image of what this time of year means for them 👍🏻😀

Today we created our bird designs for an upcoming local display. The children thought carefully about their use of colour and showed some excellent colouring skills!
