This week we have been thinking about how to keep our bodies and minds healthy. We have learnt lots about ensuring we brush our teeth correctly to keep our mouths and teeth clean. We have thought about what foods we are putting into our bodies and now know which foods help us to stay fit and healthy, and which foods to avoid or eat less often.
We have made our own toothbrushes, and have practised dry brushing with real toothbrushes too!
We have participated in mindfulness yoga this week, because we know it is important to look after our minds as well as our bodies. We have practised different poses to stretch and we have thought about our breathing to keep ourselves calm and relaxed.
