This week in Early years to support the ‘every kid healthy week’ we have been completing small daily tasks to ensure that we are focusing on our mental health and wellbeing. On Monday we celebrated mindfulness and completed some Yoga 🧘♀️. Tasty Tuesday we ate some lovely fresh fruit and vegetables. On Wednesday we went on a nature walk and found some lovely hidden treasure within our school grounds . Today it is national dance day so we have been practising our dance moves .
