We used the knowledge that we learnt at Yorkshire Wildlife Park about animals from Madagascar to write a non-chronological report. We did further research, identified the features and used this information to create our reports. We are so proud of how they turned out!

This week the staff couldn’t wait to get into the staffroom after cooking club, the children made some fabulous sausage rolls this week that smelt and tasted delicious. Thank you everyone and we hope you try these again at home.

We managed to defeat the big boss by counting to 30, we had a super snack, a super boogie and a super story, all before lunch. 🦹♀️🦹
Well what a super start to the day. We have done some super writing in our super phonics developing our super power, reading and writing. We even managed to defeat the big boss tricky word, ‘the’ and write it in our phonics books. 🦹🦹♀️

Y5P enjoying a place value themed orienteering session.
Mrs Lilleyman and Mrs Sweeney just love History club. The children have really enjoyed learning about Ancient Egypt. They have been studying Mummification and the importance of Cats.
This week the children enjoyed making fajitas in Cooking Club. Lots of new skills this week. They looked and smelt delicious, I hope you can now all recreate these at home.
