Our Learning reaches China!
Our Year 2 Children wanted to share how they have sent their learning all the way to China to learn with their friends in Chengdu. After the holiday the children at Tanghu Elementary school are going to be sharing some traditional Chinese fairytales with us. We are really looking forward to this.

Guided Reading with Mrs Buttree
Today the children had some very deep discussions and shared opinions about the text. The children discussed corporal punishment and the relationship between the characters. I was so proud of the children’s knowledge of the language used and the hidden meaning.

Live Learning Begins!
Today in school we’ve thoroughly enjoyed our live learning sessions with Miss Darby and Mr Parkin. Guided Reading and Numeracy were fabulous with lots of children accessing the sessions. It’s been wonderful spending time with our children in school.
