Boats PE games in F2

In our pe lesson this week the children practised pairs and team games playing boats. The children had to find different coloured boats in the hall and make sure their team mates got into the boat too!

6H PE -Tennis

This week in PE, 6H have been practicing their forehand and backhand strokes in tennis. We have been working on our hand eye coordination and also our control when striking the ball. The shots were getting much better by the end of the session and will continue to improve next time.

Gymnastics in 2WB

This week we enjoyed using the apparatus to learn how to link travelling actions and balances. We investigated travelling on different parts of our body and also changed the levels in our sequences.

PE in FS1

This week linked to our book of the week ‘Jaspers Beanstalk’ we have looked at being different types of beans and moving in different ways . The children were still and round for a baked bean , jumping beans , runner beans , beanstalks reaching up really up. we like to keep active in F1.
