Record of Achievement in Y1
Today we celebrated Record of Achievement Day. We attended live lessons and reflected on all of our learning so far this year. Even though we are learning from home, we have all achieved in some way including live lessons, expressing ourselves in mental health week, joining extra curricular activities and so much more!

Story Mapping in F1
In F1 this week it has been storytelling week. We have shared a number of traditional tales, looked at story mapping, retelling stories and creating finger puppets.

Over the last two weeks the children have been focussing on the eye and mouth when studying the face. The children have really enjoyed working with Miss Tyzack and the have really enjoyed their discussions within the group. Well done everyone.

In our music lesson today, we continued to practice moving to the beat of the music. Children are now reading a range of notes. We can also play our own musical (and improvised) instruments along to a piece of music.

Thank you so much to Mrs Oram and Charlotte for our Extra Curricular club this afternoon. The children loved making fruit kebabs and fruit salads. Some of our children even created artwork using the fruit. I think the teachers loved this too. I think you should have your own cookery show.
