Mrs Brogan just loves working with Alfie and Alfie, both boys are making fabulous progress and we are very proud of their improvement in literacy. Well done boys.

We are so proud of Zack and his independent writing. Every time I visit he always has something exciting to share with me. Look at his smile.
It was so exciting to get our competitive sport back up and running this week with a visit to Winterhill. Schools within the Wingfield area were asked to take part in a Year 4 boys tournament. Our children reached the quarter finals and we were very proud of their achievements.
It was so exciting to have another tour of the LEAF Centre, it now has the staircase inside so we were able to see the view from the upstairs window. On Monday we will be taking our first group of children and streaming live into the classrooms.
This week we have had so much fun in Foundation. We have been writing letters to Rosie and enjoying story time. We love mark making and enjoying our continuous provision.

We have been thinking about where we live today. Our special town, Rotherham. We discussed things we know such as Clifton Park, Rotherham Minster, New York Stadium, Parkgate, The Heart of Steel and the Rotherham Hospital to name a few. We have then drawn some maps of our favourite places in Rotherham.

Now that Willow has settled into school life he has paid our Foundation children a little visit. He is really enjoying being at school and even knows where he is going. He especially loves his visit to see the chicken’s at lunchtime.
