F1 have been looking at ‘Healthy Body, Healthy Mind’ this week for children’s mental health week.
We have been looking at foods and exercise that can keep our bodies healthy and meditation to keep our minds healthy.
The F1 children have shown Bravery in trying new fruits, in the form of smoothies and fruit kebabs at our family Fridays session, new exercises and new ways to relax and stay calm. We watched and listened to Dr Ranj’;s health advice on “Get well soon” and shared our Bravery stories.
Thea Evan’s also shared her Bravery certificate from the doctors having been brave when having her preschool boost injections.
