Today Eila shared advice and support with our Year 3 children about the dangers of TikTok, She discussed the dangers and advised the children not to use the app which has been designed for teenagers. I’m really proud of how you approached this and shared your thinking.

Today Y3M shared the story Brave, looking at what it means to be brave. The children completed a P4C using ideas from the text. They worked so well as a team and were able to discuss their ideas and viewpoints clearly. Well done everyone.
We have had a wonderful day at Kelham island learning all about Steel and experiencing the world largest steam engine. The children have learned so much for their experience.

Today our children in 3M visited the library and brought home their first book. They were so excited and had a wonderful time, Mrs Marlow read them a story and they completed some lovely activities. Nial really enjoyed sharing jokes with Miss Baum.

This morning we were given the lovely opportunity of hosting a Christmas Craft Family Learning session this morning. Thank you to our parents who attended and to Trish Sharp and the CLC for providing this amazing opportunity, we have loved it.

Today we had a mysterious box arrive we had a discussion about what could be in it. When we opened it we discovered it was EMPTY!! Very strange!!!
Our Year 3 children are learning about deforestation and are looking at the use of Palm oil. The children have made flapjacks without Palm oil in to sell at the Internet Cafe tomorrow. We are using the profits to support Rainforest Uk.
