As part of the response to the school being judged by Ofsted in 2017 to require Special Measures, the governing body was replaced by an INTERIM EXECUTIVE BOARD. This is often referred to as an IEB.  The first IEB meeting took place on 18th July 2017 immediately after the approval for it to be established was received by Rotherham Local Authority. The IEB takes over all responsibilities previously held by the governing body and will oversee the process of conversion to an academy school as required by the Secretary of State.

Members of the IEB are:

  • Frances Hunt
  • Claire Sneath
  • Anthony Trueman

IEB Newsletters

The first IEB newsletter (July 2017) explains more about how the IEB will be working including how parents and carers will be informed about the school’s progress.  If, after first speaking to the Executive Headteacher, you then wish to contact the IEB, please write to Mrs E Buxton, Chair of the IEB,  via the school office.
